Daughter of the late crime boss Vincent Gigante said her father has given his blessing for her upcoming nuptials to her girlfriend - from beyond the grave.
Rita Gigante, 45, is set to marry Bobbi Sterchele in Rockland County later this month and her father - who died in 2006 - will be there in spirit, she revealed.
The mafia boss - who was known as the 'oddfather' because he would walk around New York in his bathrobe - has given the wedding his full blessing.

Rita wrote a memoir about being the daughter of a mafia boss
Rita, who can also be found on Facebook, said: 'He’s fine with it. He loves Bobbi. He's given us full approval. As long as I am happy, he is happy.
'He will be there in spirit at the wedding. He's showing up in a suit and tie. When Elvis is playing I will think of him and smile.'
She revealed to MailOnline that her father started communicating with her right after he died.
'The day he passed away is the first time he communicated with me and it was through one of my friends .
'He said he was fine, explained how he passed away. He told my friend he would be back to speak with me but wanted to let me know he was okay and to go take care of my mother.'
The 45-year-old met Bobbi at a spiritual healing group where they often communicate with their dead fathers, both of whom have given them their blessing.
And of course they will be at the wedding.
Bobbi said: 'We’re putting out chairs at a table for both of them.'
Though the couple went to the same high school together in Old Tappan, New Jersey, they did not properly meet until 2007 at a 'crossing over' session where spiritualists discuss their contact with the spirit world.
