Judge Paul Hollywood, considered the ‘master’ of Bake Off, gets to taste the baker’s creations every week, alongside Prue Leith. So how much does the well-known chef get paid for the Channel 4 show?

While bakers aim to showcase their talents in different themed episodes each week, Paul sets them technical challenges, tastes their creations and gives constructive feedback and criticism on their showstoppers.

And while Paul is a well-known chef who appears on other shows, viewers are now wondering how much he gets paid for Bake Off alone. We done some kneading through the evidence in a bid to find out!

How long has Paul been on Bake Off?

Paul, 52, has been a judge on Bake Off since 2010. He previously judged the bakes alongside Mary Berry, and now appears next to Prue Leith.

He has continued to be a Bake Off judge since the start of the baking show, which first aired on the BBC, until it moved to Channel 4 in 2016.

Due to his straightforward and honest manner, he has been described as the antidote to other judges like Simon Cowell.
