Love Island Australia got off to a steamy start during Monday's launch show, as two islanders shared a steamy kiss during their first-ever conversation. 

Carpenter Ryan Reid and web content publisher Ari Kumar, both 25, had coupled-up earlier in the episode - despite many of the other ladies taking an interest in the blue-eyed hunk.

But smooth talker Ryan made sure Ari knew she was the only one for him less than an hour into the first episode, planting a cheeky kiss on her lips as they sat by the pool.
